Access to the N/W trains to 30th Ave station. M60, Q69, Q100, Q18, Q19 buses as well as Astoria Ferry.

The room is unfurnished. It has a spacious walk-in closet with a storage area above. AC unit already installed.

The rest of the apartment is furnished. Full kitchen and dishes. Bathroom is shared.

Rent is $1,045. Utilities are included (electricity, gas, hot water and WIFI).

Looking for someone responsible, quiet and clean. Male preferred. While occasional guests are ok, parties are not allowed and definitely, no couples, nor a bf/gf who stays over all the time. Smoking is not allowed. No pets of any kind are allowed.
