About The Place
This is a spacious, fully furnished 150sqft room in a stylish 2bdrm.
1 block from the beautiful Astoria Park (which has a pool, tennis courts and a running track) and great views of the East River
Quiet street in a safe neighborhood with tons of dining and nightlife very close by.
The room is bright, has a ceiling fan, large closet and is furnished with a queen sized bed, three dressers, writing desk, AC unit and a brand new 43" 4K Roku enabled television all included in the price.
High Speed Fios WiFi Internet and Utilities included.
Bathroom is shared. You are welcome to use the common area/living room and anything contained within.
Only other housemate is myself (living in the second bedroom).
I have a super friendly house cat who loves to snuggle so if you don't like cats or are allergic, this might not be the best option for you!

About Me
I am a manager of one the neighborhoods best bar/restaurants so I am only home during the day on weekdays and a couple of weeknights. I also work weekends. I am looking to do a fair bit of out-of-town traveling the next months. So essentially you will have the whole apartment to yourself a lot of the time. I have a massive love of music, film and video games! You are more than welcome to use the game consoles, record player, etc.

About You
Looking for a clean, chill person who does their dishes in a timely manner. Mostly lived with women in the past but open to all gender orientations.
