Close to restaurants, bars, bodegas, yoga studios, grocery stores, parks. Easy to walk to LIC, or to upper Astoria.
The top floor of a 4-floor apartment building-- its a walkup.
Huge windows with morning light in the bedrooms and afternoon light in the living room. Heat and hot water included.
We pay for WiFi, electricity and stove gas.
I have lived here for 8 years, so the rest of the apartment is stocked and ready. Living room & Kitchen are fully furnished, though if you have something for the space we can work it out!
FYI, a cat used to live here (he moved away), so be aware if you are allergic!
The last picture are of your room. Two of them are when the room was occupied because I am bad at taking pictures that show how big a room is. It can fit a full or queen size bed and a dresser and a desk comfortably. It is currently painted Blue/Green because my brother stayed here for a month and we decided to make it weird. Can paint before coming into the room or after. I will help! I love painting.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished. I have an older full-size bed, with a desk and a metal shelf in there if you want any or all of that. There is also already an air conditioner in the room.

I am 30, I am a lawyer & work in public interest law. Working from home right now, and likely will continue at least partially working from home on and off throughout the year. I practice yoga often & am a yoga teacher (though I don't teach at the moment).
I am pretty chill and very upfront about things & I hate passive-aggressiveness.
I am vegan, but I don't mind if you arent, but I do cook often!
I like to just cook, eat, hang out, and watch dumb tv or read in the evenings & get out of the city on the weekends.
