Lovely Apartment Near N/W/R train in Astoria!

I have an adorable, recently renovated apartment in the heart of Astoria! Right on the inside corner of 34th Street and 30th avenue, you are a stone's throw from neighborhood spots Sweet Afton and Chip, with a fruit market, 24-hour Rite Aid, and Super Market across the street! There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. within 5 blocks, and the building is incredibly quiet with wonderful neighbors.

I am only leaving to move in with my boyfriend, otherwise I'd stay here until they pried the lease from my cold, dead hands. It's a wonderful area with bright, sunny windows and a separate, eat-in kitchen! I'm looking for someone responsible to sublet the remaining 6-8 months of my lease, and I can negotiate whether or not you'd like it to be furnished! I am very flexible and looking to make sure someone will love this place as much as I do!
