Converted bedroom, doorman, laundry across hall

Hi! I moved from California to NYC over 13 years ago, and have lived in this same Astoria apartment for 12 years. I'm a low-key chill roommate, and prefer to have a very drama-free home to come back to after work. I keep to myself and generally have my door closed when I am home. I work at Warner Bros. in video and film, and also dabble in music when I feel like it, haha. But most of my days, I?m just enjoying the simple things in life... ie tv marathoning and good food!

My lease renews every April 1st, but I am planning to not renew this year. That is why this room is only available for 2 months. Also, I am in the process of packing a lot of stuff, so there are a lot of boxes in the common area. Please understand I'm just looking for someone temporary to help carry out the last couple months of my lease.

The room that is available is a converted bedroom space from our needlessly large living room. It is private with walls and a door for. It is furnished with a bed, and some standard cabinets, desks, etc. The apartment has all the general "luxury" amenities. 24/7 doorman, mailroom, elevator, laundry across the hall, built in ac/heat, parking garage, etc.

On moving-in, you will need to provide first month's rent, security deposit (another month's rent), and key card deposit ($125). Both deposits are returned at end of stay.

I can show the place on the weekends and on weeknights.
