Bedroom available in spacious 3 bed 2 bath

I’m looking to fill a room in my apartment for August 1st. I’ve lived in the apartment for 5 years (and Astoria for 8) and love the location, the space and the landlord. My roommate, Jess and I are both 31 and work mostly from home in advertising and marketing. Jess is an avid runner and I am an avid baker and cook. We are fine keeping to ourselves and doing our own thing but often enjoy eating meals together and watching TV/movies.

ABOUT THE ROOM:
Queen size bedroom fits additional furniture and includes a full size closet and includes a private balcony.

The apartment is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment with an additional balcony off the living room. Fully furnished excluding the bedroom plus a very well equipped and stocked kitchen with just about any appliance you could think of (including a dishwasher!).

Utilities average out to <$150/month which includes winter heat, summer ACs, electric, gas and cable/internet.

Also a plus — a really chill landlord. He is very accessible and will fix anything and everything super quickly.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
We have a cat named Prince Harry who is 5 years old. He spends most of his time intermittently running around the apartment playing and napping on his cat tower. I am also in the process of adopting a dog, so an animal lover is a must!

We're ideally looking for someone long term, but will accept shorter terms.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The apartment is a 4 minute walk to the NW line (less than 15 minutes to Manhattan), a grocery store, and a ton of great bars/restaurants, bagel stores, bakeries, banks, the post office, etc. We're also about a 10 minute walk from Astoria Park, along the East River. If you’re new to the area, it has a ton of grassy areas for a picnic or laying out, a public pool and running track.
