Private room completely furnished with queen size bed, large double dresser and closet. House is well furnished and very comfortable. There is a small 3 bedroom that can be used as an office but I have it as a guest room.. area is safe and well serviced with trains near highways and loads of supermarkets, banks, restaurants and pubs. 15 minute train ride to 59th st.

I have a cat so if you’re allergic that won’t do. I am fully vaccinated for COVID and want a roommate who is also vaccinated.
