One month deposit+POI required to apply. No odd jobs, students, or pets, Minimum stay one year.

A furnished bedroom with a large closet. The place is well-lit, 9.5 ft ceiling, 130sqft size. Room design can re-arrange/add another furniture upon request. Nice, comfortable, private living arrangement. Bus, subway, and all other raw/bare necessities of life are within a few mins of walking distance.

House is secured with 24 hrs alarm/camera, spacious with wooden floor, tastefully decorated, clean, and relaxing ambiance. Sharing spaces are a large living room, hallway, bathroom, eat-in kitchen. Internet and Utility cost is shared.
