My roommate and I are looking to fill one bedroom in a large 3BR apt. Rent is $1,090 per month. It will be available Aug 1st, but an earlier move in date also works. The N/W (30th Ave station) and M/R (46th St. station) are both a 12 minute walk away. Laundry and supermarkets are a block away. You will only be sharing the bathroom with one other girl as 3rd roommate has her own.
Utilities + internet average about $60 - $80 month per person depending on the season.
Us: in our late 20?s/early 30?s with full time jobs. We are clean and considerate. We respect each other?s privacy but are always down to drink a glass of wine and catch up on HBO/Netflix in our spare time. :)
You: female professional around the same age (24-35) who is clean and respectful. We ask that Trump supporters not apply.
