Looking for new roommate

We are looking for a 3rd roommate to occupy our 3rd room by June 1st. The room fits a full-sized bed, dresser, and one more piece of small furniture. The closet is outside the room and spacious. There is a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The remainder of the house is fully furnished--no need to bring anything else besides your own room possessions.

We are looking for a quiet, considerate, and clean roommate. There is one teacher who wakes up early and goes to sleep early; likes to cook; and spends time in her room or kitchen. An accountant who goes to bed later and wakes up later; likes to spend time in the living room; and usually orders out.

We'd like to find someone to fit our lifestyles. We do sometimes have guests, but will be considerate and give notice, so we ask the same of our new roommate.
