Big room in Astoria available!

Hey guys! I'm looking for someone to take my room July 1st (June 30th). I've been here for 3 years and it's honestly been awesome. It's a really huge apartment. Our landlord is super chill and our neighbors are pretty cool. There's also another room available which is smaller - it's $900 a month. The total rent is $3100.

Room with balcony:: 1050 (taken by Teddy! He's moving in July 1st too)
My room (the biggest): 1150
The small room: $900

The location is right off the coveted Ditmars Blvd. It is a 10 minute walk from the N train Ditmars stop, and also close to the Q101 and Q69 bus stops.

The apt is on the second floor in a great location and there is no lease, it?s month to month which has been great.

The room available in July is pretty huge - at one point I had a couch and a coffee table in it.

The rest of the apartment is equally amazing. There?s a huge, bright living room and dining room. The kitchen is updated with a dishwasher. The nearest laundromat is a 4 minute walk away.

So all three of us are actually moving out. We found someone to take over the room with the balcony (but everyone shares it so no worries). His name is Teddy - an engineer whose starting his job in LI. He's pretty outgoing and super friendly.
