Bedroom is available for sublet as early as February 22 for 6 months, with a possible extension afterwards. There is a bed, a drawer chest, a table and a walk-in closet in the bedroom.

Your flatmates will be two female professionals in their early thirties, one living in the bedroom next to this one on the first floor and another downstairs in the basement (she has her own bathroom there). A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal. A common living room that you can use. Wifi.

An R/M subway station (46th St) is two blocks away (4 stops to Manhattan). An organic food store and a cool coffee shop are also two blocks away. There is a laundromat around the corner.

Looking for a female as you'll be sharing the upstairs space and bathroom with the female roommate. We are quiet but super friendly!

The rent is $900/month, plus utilities that usually don't exceed $50 per person per month.
