Utilities are split with Wifi at 23.33 each per month, and electric is about 30 each per month. There is AC in the bedroom and livingroom..
Landlord will require credit karma report, some recent paystubs, and a $50 background check. Need someone for July 1-Aug 31 and then there is the option to renew the lease with the other girls but rent will be a little higher.
