Private room available in Astoria

We have a private room available living with 3 additional female roommates. We are primarily graduate students and working professionals in our late 20s. We're usually fairly quiet, and we're looking for someone with a similar demeanor. The apartment has in-unit laundry off the kitchen, as well as a dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen and communal areas are fully furnished. The available room can easily fit a queen sized bed and a dresser, and includes a large private closet (approximately 5 feet long.) There are two windows with an outlet available for a window ac unit. We are able to furnish the bedroom for a small fee if necessary.

We are a short walk from the N-train, about a 25 to 30 minute commute to Midtown, depending on time of day. There are a lot of fun restaurants in this area, as well as Astoria Park.

*We do have two short haired cats. They're friendly but will largely leave you alone if you don't try to feed them. Their things are contained to one corner of the living room.*
