Furnished Room available

Hello There!

Hello there I am renting my spare bedroom in a two bedroom apt . What you will get:

The room is a 9'x13' + wall closet and 2 window.
The room is super quiet.
The bed is a queen size lift bed so you can store extra things underneath..
A desk and drawers.
A/C and heating.
Use the shared areas (bathroom/fridge/kitchen/living room)

Utilities and wifi are included.

Building features:
Backyard and Laundry.

I am a professional who works in IT Industry, mostly from home. I have my office setup at the end corner in the living room, near the window.

I would prefer:
Someone who would stay Mo-Fri, even coming in on Sunday evening is ok; you can leave stuff in the room during the weekends (I am not using it).
If you don't work from home, but ok if you do it from your bedroom.
