What do you love about this place?

- 15 minute commute to 59th Lexington Ave and 25 minutes to Time Square Manhattan (46th St Station M/R trains),

- Tenant only has to pay electricity (divided evenly amongst residents), gas/heat, super fast internet/wifi (300 mbps), water are provided

- Lots of sunlight with access to balcony

- Living room contains standing desk, chair with 2 1080p HD monitor, sound bar/subwoofer combo, whiteboard (other tenants will not use any of this). 47 inch TV screen can be moved and mounted in the bedroom

- Clean memory foam mattress and pillows

- Empty, sizable closet

- Kitchen with fridge, oven etc is available for use alongside small dining room

- Bedroom contains 5 amazing surround sound speakers with subwoofer, PS4, whiteboard wall (TV in room will be sold, let me know if you're interested)

- Roommates are always quiet and respectful of your privacy (super nice, chill parents in their 50s/early 60s, they have their separate bathroom and rooms)

- Bathroom in the hallway is all yours (we have another one that will be shared amongst my parents)

- Safe neighborhood, never encountered any issues living there for 20 years

- Organic market, Stop and Shop, sushi, train, tacos, and other delicious restaurants within 5 minute walking distance

- Best Buy, Starbucks, Home Depot, Guitar Center within 10 minute walking distance

- Workout equipment with adjustable Powerblock dumbbells, pull up bar, yoga mat, exercise mats etc

- Keyboard, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, Ukelele, mics and other musical devices you can use

- A lot more additions like Wifi light bulbs that are adjustable thru an app, air purified environment, security cameras outside apartment, color and B/W printers for use

What isn't so great about this place?

- 5 month minimum sublet

- Bedroom can use a paint job

- We prefer clean, considerate, and quiet individuals with a normal work/study/sleep schedule

- No parties, a friend once in a while is allowed though the person cannot sleep over

- If you're subletting for less than 6 months, there is a 1.5 month deposit of $1500

- If you're subletting for 6 or more months, there is a 2 month deposit of $2000

Why are you looking for a renter?

Will be traveling for at minimum 8 months and will most likely move to a new place afterwards. Other tenants will still be living here and you can rent past 8 months.
