Furnished room available in a roommate apt

Hi! I am moving out cause I'm moving out of state for a new job. Looking for someone to take my place in the apt. Two amazing roommates are staying in the apt, both working professionals, very clean, organized & respectful. No pets. The room itself is not large but has a private entrance to a beautiful balcony. It is furnished; twin bed, two drawers, and it is airconditioned. Large closet space outside of the room. Very spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen.
The apt is 4 blocks away from the N and W subway lines and 1 block away from bars, restaurants, coffee shops, banks, grocery stores, laundry mat, etc. The neighborhood is very quiet & safe to travel at night.
