The room:
-Comes furnished with a full-sized bed
-Large, unobstructed window
-Closet
-Not adjacent to anyone else's room so it's a little more private
-Room is freshly painted white as shown in the 2nd picture. The rest just show it empty sans anyone's accouterments.

The people:
-2 professionals. 1 healthcare worker, 1 designer
-all active "professionals" with hobbies

The place:
-RM 46th st stop is two blocks away (roughly 10-15 min to midtown)
-NQ is about 10 min away walking
-Located in a great spot between three different neighborhoods which allows access to trendy nightlife/dining entertainment and convenient big box stores.
-Highlights include a 24hr laundromat, organic market, Best Buy, Home Depot, a bodega/deli right on the corner that's open until 2AM, post office a block down the street
-Just off Broadway so the apt is away from most traffic and noise
-Good place if you looking to relax after work
-Medium sized kitchen with lots counter top space if you like to cook. We also have real cookware including pots, pans, a sous vide, and microplane!
-You mainly share a bathroom with one other person; however, everyone uses it to shower
-Apt gets plenty of light
-avg 35 to 50 a month per person depending on the season
