Large Sunny Unfurnished Bedroom

My previous roommate moved in with her boyfriend so her large sunny unfurnished bedroom is available. The apartment is a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment on the top floor (3rd) of a 3 unit building in Astoria a couple of blocks away from the NW 30th Ave Station & Astoria Blvd. Station.

I'm a low key, responsible, considerate and female. In general, I do my best to eat healthily, be healthy, frequent the gym and stay active. I'm tidy and organized and keep the apartment free of any mess and would like for the same from a roommate. We can become friends, enjoy a drink or be just be cordial and enjoy our independent lives.

I'd prefer the apartment not be a party place, but open to hangs and overnights with a heads-up. I like for the apartment to feel like a home where you relax and decompress. The apartment is furnished with what is shown in the pictures and open to you bringing your own additional furnishings without making the space too cluttered.
