Room in Astoria for sublease nov-jul with possibility to renew! The room is in a 3 BdRm 1.5 Bath. You will be sharing the apartment with 2 males (both gay) one 24 and works at a hospital on ues and other is 30 and works at the Guggenheim. Very nice guys! I have loved living here with them, but I recently took a promotion and the commute is a bit longer than I would like now. The best part is that there is a balcony! Only 20mins to Manhattan on the N/W. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Please inquire for more details. Apartment is fully furnished expect for the bedroom.
