The apartment's located on a quiet block by Astoria Park South, half a block from the park! It's in a three family house with one apartment per floor, and it's on the second floor. The nearest train is the N/W at the 30th Avenue Stop, a ten-minute walk. Laundry's on the same block. This is a great neighborhood with all amenities nearby, and walking distance to the Astoria ferry stop.

This is a large (14ft x 12ft) furnished room that gets a lot of sunlight, as does the kitchen. There's plenty of closet and cabinet space in our common areas. The room?s furnished with a queen bed, desk and chair, dresser, bookshelves, and wall-mounted smart TV. Current roommates are a perfumer?s assistant, film/TV location scout, and a consultant.

Roommates are down to earth, easy-going and considerate, clean, and enjoy living with others they can create a home culture with. Have had a diverse set of roommates in the past and are very much open to living with all! Looking for responsible/clean/considerate roommates.
