Sunny Room w/ Balcony in Remodeled Apt by subway

OVERVIEW: One sunny bedroom with connected balcony in a three-bedroom apartment. Shared bathroom with one other person. Large living room and kitchen. 3 minutes to the R/M at Steinway and 10 minutes to the N at Broadway. Looking for someone to sign the new lease with me and a third roommate for December 1st. @ayellin

Hello! I've been living in this great apartment for the past three years, but two of my roommates are moving out. Right now, I'm looking for two people to sign on to the new year-long lease for December 1st. The master bedroom is viewable at ref #101474488.

This room has a lot of space, plus a nice view of the surrounding backyards. There is also a balcony, so you can tend to your plants, or just hang outside when it's warmer. There is plenty of natural light that comes in through that balcony door as well. Our third roommate would have a private room, so you would only be sharing a bathroom with me.

The apartment takes up the second floor of a three-story building. The best part is the modern open kitchen and living room (with another connected balcony), which both get a ton of light and have plenty of room to relax and cook. It was renovated right before I moved in three years ago. It's literally around the corner and half a block away from the M/R subway station at Steinway Street, from which you can easily reach the G, the E, and the 7 trains. It's also 10 minutes to the N/W stop at Broadway.

Personally, I am a lifelong New Yorker who grew up in Manhattan, and I have a girlfriend who lives in the neighborhood. I am generally affable and like keeping a clean kitchen and tidy surroundings.

The only real nonstarters are smokers or pets (because of our landlord). And of course, taking COVID seriously to protect everyone in the house and their loved ones. Just looking for a decent person!
