Hey all! I?m looking for a roommate for the new construction apartment of my dreams for December 1st move-in. No broker fee!

? Laundry IN-UNIT!
? Personal bathroom for each bedroom!
? Large living room/kitchen area with lots of storage
? HUGE terrace that can fit tables and chairs and plants (plural!)
? Large bedrooms with a ton of storage/closet space
? Great light even though I toured it close to 4pm today!
? GYM and yoga studio on the same floor as the unit!
? SUBWAY (N/W) less than 1 MIN AWAY, for real (but you can?t hear it from the apartment!)
? Lounge rooms and beautiful rooftop space (on our floor and actual roof) that are free to reserve for any occasion
? Right on an awesome main drag in Astoria, lots of great bars and restaurants steps away!
This price is the net monthly price with a month and a half free on 12.5 month lease, otherwise rent is $2095/month per person. Otherwise, no BS here folks?I personally wouldn?t shell out this much money for a place that wasn?t actually PERFECT haha. I?ve loved living in Astoria for 4 years now, just looking for an upgrade!
