Brand New Apartment (Room For Rent)

One room available in a 3 bedroom apartment. The available room's balcony is shared with my room. The room fits a queen sized bed comfortably and has a good amount of closet space. There is a washer/dryer our shared bathroom.

The unit has central heating and AC. This is a one story walk up and we have no one above us!

Our apartment is very close to the park and about a 3 minute walk to the N/W. 4 minutes to grocery stores. 5 minutes to the best bagels and giant cookies (if you're into that).
