Sunny Large Room in Spacious 3BR Apt in Astoria

We are looking for a roommate to move into our 3-bedroom apartment in Astoria, as our current roommate is moving out in the end of January.

The room is very spacious with lots of sunlight and a window facing the backyard. It will be unfurnished.

The apartment is on the top floor of a 3-story walk up, off the Astoria Blvd station on the N/W line. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery stores and Astoria Park are all in walking distance.

There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and spacious living room with lots of light. There is also a very nice shared backyard downstairs, which is great in the summertime.

The current roommates: We are two females, 29 and 31, both working in the city. We are generally quiet and keep to ourselves, and would like to live with someone who is pleasant, clean and respectful.
