I?d like to preface that I am looking for a female to fill my apartment because it is my own living space and I would want to feel comfortable. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bath in a house in Astoria, Queens. Very spacious and homey and we have full access to the back patio (which is an amazing perk that you don?t usually find in nyc). There is laundry a block away and it is about a 8 minute walk to the M and R train.
I am a super easy going and chill person, I love to cook and go out and explore the wonderful city that is NYC! I'm looking for someone to fill the a room in my apartment ASAP. It would be nice to live with someone that I vibe with but we don't have to be best friends. If a friendship emerges from it AMAZING but I am totally fine just being respectful roommates for one another.
