Cosy apartment 5 minutes walk from the newly renovated N/W stop in the heart of Astoria.

Available starting on January 16th.

The apartment with is very well furnished with a fully stocked kitchen.

The room for rent is unfurnished and it comes with a built in closet and an additional closet in the hallway.

Rent includes hot water and heating - internet, electricity/ gas are additional and usually run around $40/month.

We also have a trusted cleaning lady coming twice a month to clean the common areas.

The laundromat is next door and there are plenty of supermarkets 2 minutes away.

We are two Italian working girls in our early 30?s and we have a super friendly dog in the apartment.

We work a lot for long hours and try to keep the apartment a relaxing environment and not a party place.

We are looking for a third roommate to join us.

Note: we require 1 month notice to move out.
