1 bedroom open in 4 Bedroom apartment in Astoria

Hello everyone! We have a room available now or by 12/1/20 in a 4-bedroom/1 bath apartment in Astoria, Queens. We are located right on 30th avenue, about 7 minutes walk to the 30th avenue N/W stop or 10 minutes walk to the R/Steinway stop.

Bedroom Available

Bedroom - $800/month - smaller closet, one window. There will be some furniture left in this bedroom (bed, shelving on walls, shelf, built in desk on wall - This can be removed as well)

The bedroom is available are on one side of the apartment, away from the louder 30th avenue street traffic.

The current roommates:
Andrew and Chris have lived in the apartment for over 4 years and Jeff has lived in the apartment since February. Andrew works in higher education and performs in community theater. Chris works in tech and performs in musical comedy. Jeff works in television production.

Andrew and Chris are currently working from home, while Jeff is working on-site at this job.

Our ideal roommate: non-smoker, longer term stay, would love other roommates in the creative arts or similarly with creative pursuits.

Lease
Our apartment is rented on a month-to-month basis so there is no need to sign a lease. Ideally looking for longer-term roommates, but open to shorter term if necessary.

To Move In
In order to move in, you would need to provide:

*$1,600 = $800 - 1st months rent + $800 - security deposit

*If you are looking to move-in during the month of November, we would pro-rate the rent based on what date you move in.

Utilities are typically between $60-$90 per month.
