Looking for someone (preferably female in late 20s/early 30s) to replace me in a four bedroom, one bath apartment! Apartment has a huge kitchen, dishwasher, and a small rooftop patio! The room has a ton of storage compartments and shelves as well as two windows. It comfortably fits a full sized bed! The apartment is a second floor walk up, close to the last stop of the N/W train and several buses. It's near the intersection of Steinway & Ditmars! Rent is $825 and utilities + internet are about $50-$80 per month depending on the season. Move in costs: $825 deposit + $825 first month's rent. Move in date is February 1st but I can be a little flexible on for a move in a week earlier or a week later!. 6 month sublease with potential to extend.
