Spacious room off Astoria Blvd stop- Available 3/1

Hi!

We are looking for a student/professional who loves a laid-back atmosphere to start and end their day. I - the poster - have been living in the apartment for 6 years and really love the location and building. Everyone in the building is quiet and incredibly nice, and both our landlord and super are always available. The train is just across the playground, but as we are on the back of the building, we don't hear a thing. And more importantly, as we are between Ditmars and 30th Avenue, the food choices are spectacular.

A little bit about the room...
The room is around 8" x 14" and unfurnished. It can fit up to a queen-sized bed comfortably, but our other roommates have mostly brought doubles (if you need a double bed frame, we have an extra available). While there is not a closet in the room, there is one available in the entryway if needed.

A little bit about the rest of the apartment...
Every room is fully furnished including the kitchen. We also have a Roku on the TV in the living room which is available for use.

A little bit about us...
We have been dating for 4.5 years and living together just over a year. Both of us are out of school, very clean and keep to ourselves mostly. We love cooking when we can and always keep to the 24-hour rule for clean dishes. We also love reading, anime, collecting Funko Pop characters and Kpop.

We are available most evenings, weekends and some days for walk-throughs (need a week's notice for daytime to make sure we can get off work). Also, please email at
