Roommate wanted for Large Bedroom in Astoria! :)

Large size room (can fit a king size bed I was told when I moved in, definitely queen/full) available starting Feb 1st or early Feb. Deep closet inside in the room. Can fit two dressers (all of which will be for sale !) with plenty of room to spare! :)

We'd share the bathroom, kitchen and living/dining space which are all fully furnished. Spacious living room area with two couches and still more to spare
Kitchen is spacious as well with a cute breakfast bar! Nice sized bathroom.

Heating and water included for free. Utilities include electricity and internet and are split between the two of us.
*First month's rent and security deposit are due at move in.*

Looking for someone kind, respectful, reliable, responsible, fun, easy going and who cleans up after themselves. Looking for someone with a stable job and who doesn't always bring the party home or brings an uninvited third roommate. Down for someone who will take care of the apartment and will enjoy all Astoria has to offer.
Landlord requires 700+ credit and at least 45k salary
