Short term (6 months) or long term: Bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment available for move in on March 1. Bedroom has a private bathroom (with a shower), and fits a full size bed plus furniture. There is no closet in the room, but there is a closet right next to the room in the hallway that is yours to use alone.

The apartment is 1,350 ft and features a balcony, back yard, and a private garage and driveway. A big living area where the roommates watch sports and play video or card games. Living room also has central AC. Entire apartment has heating that is controlled by a shared thermostat.

ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Only additional cost is cable. Rent for the room is $1,075. Parking Spot is $125 (not obligated to take if you don't want it)

Roommates are three guys in their mid-20s. Two work full time, one works from home. All love watching and playing sports.

Lease lasts until Sept. 2020 and can be re-signed for following year if desired.
