Hi everyone! Dena, Axel and I are looking for a new roommate for our 3rd bedroom (furnished!). The furnished apartment is 10 minutes from Manhattan - in Queens new up and coming neighborhood- Astoria. We are the first tenants in the newly renovated apartment. It is located within 5 min. to E-M-R (Steinway St.) and 7 min. to N-W (Broadway). Plenty of new shops, restaurants and bars are in the area. Location/price-wise it?s tough to beat with quick access to Manhattan and direct lines to the most popular neighborhoods in the city. The monthly rent is $1290 incl. utilities/gas, internet, electricity, household items (i. e. cleaning supplies) and we have a cleaning lady that comes ca. bi-weekly!
