- $1200 per room per month + $1200 deposit
- Bills avg. $100 per person per month
- Each room approximately 140 SF
- Each room has good closet space with additional closet space in hallway if required
- Each room can fit queen size bed
- Each room has ceiling fan but window a/c must be supplied by yourself

Apartment:
- Currently one tenant (myself) looking for 2 more as mentioned above
- 2 bathrooms shared by all 3 people
- Spacious living room
- Relatively new kitchen
- Big fridge
- Big counter for dining
- A/c in living room
- Heat never an issue in 2 winters of being here
- Close to subway, laundromat, park, beer garden, restaurants, bars
