Spacious room in 2BR/1BA Apt in Astoria

Hi all!

My lovely roommate is leaving for Florida, so I?m looking to fill one bedroom in a spacious 2BR apartment. Rent is $950 per month, and it will be available July 1st. The N/W and M/R trains are both a 10 minute walk away. Laundry and supermarkets are a block away.

The room is a medium-size bedroom, that can fit a queen size bed, a nightstand, a desk and a chair, and has two spacious closets. It also gets a lot of light.

Utilities + internet average about $40-$50 each month per person. Heat, water and gas are included in the rent.

I?m a professional in my early 30's with a full time job. I am clean and considerate. Looking for another female professional around the same age (25-36) who is clean and respectful as well.

Unfortunately, as per landlord, no pets allowed.
