We have a spacious room available in a 3br 2ba apt in Astoria by the vibrant and diverse 30th Ave on 43rd St.

There's a big comfy living room/dining room/kitchen area that has plenty of natural light. The room is off of the living room and has sound-proof french doors with curtains. It has natural light as well and curtains that can block that light when you want. It can fit as big a bed as you want (previously fit a queen with room to spare). The closet is spacious and the room can come with a dresser. There is also a small balcony off the living room with a grill, chairs and a nice view of a tree lined street.

The timeline is 5/6 months with the option to take over the lease if you like it. You can move in asap
