Spacious/bright room in Astoria $1100/month

Hi My name is Emma. My roommate is moving back to Michigan at the end of May, so I have a room available on June 1st. The new lease starts at the beginning of June, so ideally I am looking for a roommate who is willing to sign the new contract together, but it is totally fine if you only stay for a couple of months.

Room for rent.
Astoria
35th street and close to Ditmars Blvd.

Commute:
2 blocks to N/W Astoria-Ditmars Boulevard train, 7 stops to Manhattan?15 mins..

Rent:
$1100/month (The price is negotiable.)
First and security upon move in.
Room available on June 1st
Month to month is fine. Minimum 1 month. Long term preferred

Utilities:
WIFI ($35 ish/each/month)
Gas and ConED ($35-75 ish/each/month depends on season and AC usage)
Heat and water are included.

Room:
3rd floor in a 3-floor apartment.
1 room with two closets, one in the room and another in the living room (very spacious
1 large window facing the street-best sunlight spot in apt.
Shared bathroom.
Not sure what my roommate will take with her when she moves.

Neighborhood
Laundry is around the corner with dry cleaning, wash and fold, etc. Another laundry one block away.
One or two short blocks to restaurants: bareburger, Italian pizza; coffee shops, bakery shops, bars, sushi, HinoMaru Ramen etc. there are over 100 different.
Two blocks to CVS and local pharmacy.
Many supermarkets: key food, trade fair etc.
Gym: 4 different gyms 2 blocks away.

Me:
I'm a female in my late 20?s.
I work in the school and am out of the house 8 am to 7 pm. I am easy going and quiet in my room. love to make friends and it will be nice if we can be friends. Barely cook but do not mind if you enjoy it. I am not a party goer and occasionally have friends come for tea and i always ask my roommate for permission ahead of time.
