Big Room For Rent

Room for rent.
I have lived for 3 years in a 2 bedroom apartment, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and storage.
The first apartment on the first floor of a building with 5 floors.
I'm looking for someone to live in the other room, the apartment is all furnished.
My old roommate returned to his country, weeks ago. I am painting the apartment.
I am Brazilian, I work out every day, I have a very open mind and I am always available for any matter .. I believe that for everything we can have a solution, just be honest.

I only have 2 requirements: Be honest and clean.
to change, you only need a month in advance and a deposit.
I'm open about utiils.
You can use the kitchen and living room all the time ..
