Large Room in 3 Bed 2 Bathroom Astoria Apartment

I have a large single room in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the third floor, located in Astoria Queens. Rent is $955 month. Available to move July 15th.

We are a block away from the M/R train at Steinway and a 10 minute walk from the N/W at Broadway. It's a great, central location.

The room is large and currently comes with a full size bed. It also has a private balcony.

Utilities are around $60-90 a person, this includes coned and wifi.

You would be living with two female working professionals. Cleanliness is very important. We ask that you clean up after yourself and treat the shared areas with respect (e. g. no dishes left in the sink overnight, keeping a respectful volume during the work week, etc.)

The landlord requires a deposit ($955) to move in. No smoking, no pets, and no couples. Females only. Queer friendly household.

We are ideally looking for someone who works/goes to school full-time outside of the home.
