1 bedroom in a newly renovated Astoria apartment

My roommate and I are looking to fill our third bedroom in a beautiful, newly renovated 3-bedroom Astoria apartment (no couples/extra roommates), starting June-August 2020 (we are flexible on start date, but we?d sign a one year lease). Rent is $1225 plus utilities; there is a 1 month security deposit.

- Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, and dishwasher
- Washer and dryer IN UNIT
- 7-minute walk to the M and R 46th street station (20 minute subway ride to midtown); 2-minute walk to grocery store and pharmacy; and close to restaurants and bars
- Room has all white walls, exposed brick, natural light, and a closet (fits a queen-sized bed). You will share a bathroom with one person
- Rest of the apartment is fully furnished

We are looking for a female working professional to sign a 1-year lease. We are two professionals working from home during COVID-19. We are extremely clean and are looking for someone who will ACTIVELY help clean our shared spaces.

We are two friends living together - we are not party people but we love exploring the city (before COVID-19), playing the piano, and cooking dinners for friends!
