I am looking for 2 roommates to sign a 1-year lease with me in a 3-bedroom apartment in Astoria. I've lived here for the past year and it's a great, spacious apartment in the heart of Astoria.

It's a 2 floor apartment. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, the kitchen, a bathroom, and small outdoor balcony. The second floor has a loft bedroom (unfortunately no door is the only downside but there's a large curtain) with its own bathroom and private access to a huge rooftop area that only our apartment has.

There's also laundry in the basement, so that's nice (and a rarity in this part of Astoria). The apartment itself is a close walk to N/W as well as M/R lines.

The lease will start on July 1. I know it couldn't be worse timing with everything going on but I'm hopeful that I can still find 2 people. If you or anyone you know is interested, please message me.

The rent is $1251/month plus utilities with a $1251 refundable deposit.
