Hi there! My roommate just moved out and I?m looking for a new, clean roommate to take a room in a Pre-War First-Floor 2 BR/1 BA apartment in Astoria.

Lease is July 1st 2020 to June 30th 2021 but available for immediate move in at pro-rated rent. Rent is $1,050 per month for large bedroom and $950 per month for smaller room.

About Me:

I just finished my Master?s Degree in Applied Analytics from Columbia University and currently work as a stock trader. Ideal for 20-30 working professionals. I usually keep to myself but can also be very social. I currently live in the smaller, cheaper room but am open to switching rooms.

About Apartment:

Apartment has high ceilings, hardwood floors, spacious exposed brick living room, lots of closet space, and half-closets directly above every closet in the apartment.

Rent includes heat and hot water. Utilities will be split. Electricity, Gas, and WiFi range $75-$125/month based on season.

Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: 13 feet depth/ extra closet space. Most windows and natural lighting.

Second Bedroom: 12 feet depth (can include full-sized loft bed with desk underneath that is capable of holding roughly 250 pounds on top).

Location:

Apartment is 0.4 miles away from re-opened Astoria Boulevard Station (N/W trains). 0.4 miles from Select Bus to LaGuardia and 0.1 miles from Q69 and Q100 bused.

30 min to Midtown Manhattan by train, 10 min drive to LaGuardia and Long Island City.
