Pvt. bed/bath/kitchenette w/shared living

This is a large private studio apartment with a shared living space. It has a bathroom with shower and kitchenette in the room with full access to a shared living space and kitchen upstairs. The other two bedrooms are upstairs as well. This bedroom has a private entrance off the main hall and a private door to the small backyard area. The in-unit washer and dryer are also located in the room. This is an ideal space for someone who wants to have privacy but also hang out with people and watch movies or eat dinner together.

Current roommates are two professional women who are pretty relaxed. We keep the shared spaces clean and tidy. I have a one-year-old cat who lives upstairs where the common spaces are. We are more than happy to consider other pets (cats and small dogs) if you have one!
