Looking for a roommate to add to the abode. We have lived here for 5 years in this 3 bedroom apartment. Your new roommate would be a 28 year and a 35 year old professional males. You would have access to living room/tv, kitchen, closets, and kitchen. Included in the rent is internet and Electric. There is Always parking- Located close to corner store, coffee shop, Laundromat 1 block away, Costco is 1 block away as well as a park. Ravenswood Park is located 1 block away, Astoria Park is a 10 min jog. Located 12 min walk to the subway, Buses 66/69/104, takes 3 minutes by bus to arrive at queens bridge station F train/36th street N/W or Queens Plaza South NW. 15-30 min subway into Manhattan. 2 Blocks away from the Astoria ferry to Long Island City/Roosevelt Island/East 34th street/Brookyln Navy Yard and Wall Street Pier 11.
