Available July 15th. The room is 9x9 ft. The apartment has a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen with dishwasher. There is one full bathroom.

It's in a great spot close to the 30th Ave shops, restaurants and more. New York's oldest beer garden, and many would say best, is a few blocks the other way. An easy jog will get you to Astoria Park.

It's two blocks from the Astoria Blvd N/W stop and the M60 SBS, which goes to Manhattan and LaGuardia. If you have a car, street parking is always available nearby.

Electricity, internet, and shared apartment supplies are $50-60 per month. Heat and hot water are included.
