Master Bedroom in Astoria

Hello! I have the master bedroom of a 3 bedroom apartment available. The room comes unfurnished. It includes wood floors, 2 windows, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a walk in closet. The apartment includes a shared full bathroom and a spacious kitchen. I currently have one other tenet living in the apartment named Jackie. Jackie is a very kind and quiet 30 year old who is an artist on the side. I have never had an issue with her and my other tenets.

The apartment is located in the heart of Astoria just off of 30th Avenue, a main street full of restaurants, shops, and bars. There are two groceries stores within a block of the place. It is next to 3 subways stops and is about a 20 minute train ride from midtown Manhattan. It is the perfect location, as it is in a quiet neighborhood while still being right around the corner from a lively street full of businesses and entertainment.
