Large, spacious, bright room available in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom Astoria apartment. Near 30th Avenue/ 43rd Street. The room can come partly furnished (we can discuss if you're interested in the furnishings!)

Live with two respectful and friendly women in their late 20s/early 30s! They?re both very clean and communicative. The apartment is on the first floor and is in the back of the building, which gives you access to a private patio. The windows in your room get in great light and is not street-facing. Kitchen features modern appliances, and bathroom is modern and updated as well. Kitchen utensils are shared, communal supplies are split and paid via venmo to whoever got them. Rent is paid via venmo near the first of the month to one of the roomies.

The landlord and his wife live upstairs. Two lovely elders who have been maintaining the apartment and always makes themselves available. When I moved in, the landlord happened to be around and he ended up helping me install the AC in my window and take down some shelves for me! He?s super friendly.
