Right on 43rd street near Astoria Blvd, about a 10 minute walk to the N/W train. Lots of restaurants in the area, easy walk to 30th ave! The apartment has a extremely large living room, large kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher! Tons of common closet space (total of 3!) and great natural sunlight throughout the entire apartment. All bedrooms are great size with closets and large windows. Can be available as soon as Aug 15th, no brokers fees!

You have a choice of 3 bedrooms.

Room 1- $925
Room 2- $1025
Room 3- $1125 (comes with private 1/2 bathroom)
