Sunnyside Apt seeking a third roomate!

OFFERING ROOM in 3 bedroom apt. $1050. Sunnyside Queens, Near M and R trains. Aug 20 (prorated) /Sept 1 move in.

*****We are looking for someone to sign a one yr lease with us so unfortunately there is an additional one month security deposit and a brokers fee, which are both $3200 each split three ways. So total you?d have to pay $3182 up front.

Your room is 8.5 x 12.5 with a closet. Heat, hot water and gas included. Cool amenities: laundry in apt, huge separate storage closet, brand new appliances, just renovated, great landlord, and balcony in the bigger room but we will all share.

We are Neha (she/her/they/them) 38, south asian, originally from Queens and Ann Treesa (they/them) 24 from the rurals of India and the suburbs of MN. Neha is a filmmaker, freelance artist and educator also in her last year of grad school (film). Ann Treesa is a performer, pole dancer, visual artist, activist, and ceramics teacher. We've both been missing the feeling of being near immigrant communities in Queens, the delicious Queens food, larger spaces, and also longing for a safe space of love and good communication. Neha has a small cat whos super sweet and affectionate. We keep shared spaces clean. Neha's pet peeve is dishes in the sink. Ann Treesa's pet peeve is a dirty bathroom. We both have tons of plants. Neha loves film/cinema, reading, horoscope (scorpio and capricorn rising), music, dancing, cooking. Ann Treesa loves reading, climbing trees, chocolate cake, and building things. Both friendly. We are anti-racist, sex-positive and value community.
