Large Room w/ Private Half Bath + Free Utilities

Hello New York.

We are looking for one roommate to take over our large sized bedroom with private half bathroom in our three bedroom apartment starting ASAP. The apartment is located right in the middle of prime Astoria on 36th Street and Broadway. Everything is within a block or two, including bars, grocery stores, restaurants, and laundry. It's a 6 minute walk to the Steinway M and R train station and a 7 minute walk to the Broadway N and W.

You will be living with two young male professionals both working Monday through Friday. This room is for one person. Significant others and sleepovers are welcome every once in a while, but not as an everyday thing. The landlord does not allow pets. The bathroom (main), kitchen, living room and balcony are shared. All appliances, dishes, and community furniture are shared as well. If you are unfurnished, a large dress and mattress and be left, otherwise the room will be empty.

The term is month to month, but we'd prefer long term. The price is $1,150 per month, due the 1st of every month. All utilities are included (high speed internet, gas, and electric). To move in, $2,300 is due up front ($1,150 for first month + $1,150 security deposit).
